What Our Warehousing Service Delivers
The Vividfforge Calgary facility covers 42,000 square feet across three storage zones: ambient general goods, temperature-monitored storage for health, beauty, and food-adjacent products (maintained between 10°C and 18°C), and a secured high-value cage for electronics and regulated items. Every SKU entering the facility is barcoded at receiving, mapped to a bin location, and immediately visible in your client portal with quantity, lot number, and receiving date. Pick-and-pack fulfilment is available for e-commerce and B2B order programs, with same-day pick cutoff at 13:00 MST for orders placed before 11:30. Our 48-hour onboarding process — from signed agreement to first receiving appointment — means your overflow or new product line is under roof and accounted for faster than most providers in the Calgary market.

Long-term SKU-level inventory management with pick-and-pack, carrier label generation, and daily inventory reports emailed to your team. Programs can be integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, and major B2B EDI platforms.
Temperature-Monitored Storage
Zone maintained at 10–18°C with continuous automated logging and alert thresholds sent to your contact and our facility manager. Suitable for nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and specialty food products that require FIFO rotation.
Storage Limits and What to Clarify Before Booking
Our facility does not accept Class 3 flammable liquids, controlled substances, or items requiring refrigeration below 4°C. Oversized pallets (dimensions exceeding 48" × 48" or height over 84" stacked) require pre-approval and may be subject to a floor-storage surcharge. While our temperature-monitored zone maintains an accurate and consistent environment, it is not a certified cold chain facility and is not suitable for pharmaceutical products governed by Health Canada's Good Distribution Practices. Clients with those requirements should discuss their needs with our team, and we will refer them to an appropriate facility within our partner network. All storage rates, minimum terms, and access fees are stated in the service agreement before you sign — there are no charges introduced after onboarding.
